Description

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATION

  • Connect the water source that meets the boiler water quality standards to the water inlet of the equipment.
  • Add an appropriate amount of biomass fuel to the fuel storage tank.
  • Turn on the power for the automatic control system.
  • Set the parameters for the control system (usually pre-set by the manufacturer before shipment).
  • Press the “Power” button. (If this is the first time using the system, or if the water in the furnace has been drained, the display will show “Low Water” and trigger an alarm. At this point, the control system will automatically start the water pump to refill the water. Check if the water pump needs to be vented and open the air vent valve to allow the generator to vent air. When the water level reaches the set value, the water pump will stop automatically. Press the “-” button to cancel the alarm. The display will show “System: Standby.” Close the air vent valve after the system returns to normal operation. If the water level drops below the set value, the system will automatically refill the water.)
  • Press the “Run” button. The display will show “System: Running.” The fuel feeding motor will start pre-feeding, and the induced draft and blower systems will operate. The ignition rod will automatically ignite. (Note: After 2-3 minutes of ignition, check if ignition is successful. If not, press the “Run” button again to restart the system.)
  • When the air pressure reaches the set value, the feeding system will stop working, and the induced draft fan and blower will stop after a delay (the delay time can be set, but it is recommended not to be less than 5 minutes).
  • When the air pressure falls below the set value, the entire system will automatically restart and enter the working state.
  • Before starting each day, the upper and lower ash cleaning doors must be cleaned, and checks should be made for any fuel caking or blockage in the furnace to prevent affecting combustion and normal operation of the ignition rod.
  • To stop the system mid-operation, press the “Run/Stop” button. The induced draft fan and blower will continue to run for the set time. It is strictly prohibited to turn off the power directly in the middle of operation.
  • After work is completed, turn off the power 15 minutes later, release any residual steam or drain residual water, and keep the furnace clean to prolong the generator’s service life.
