Working Process – Step by Step
• Kraft paper rolls are loaded into the Mill Roll Stand.
• Paper passes through Pre-Heater to remove moisture.
• Paper goes to Single Facer Machine to form flute.
• Fluted paper is pasted with liner using Glue Unit.
• 3 Single Face boards are combined in Double Backer to make 7 Ply Board.
• Board passes through Slitter Scorer for cutting and creasing.
• Cut Off Machine cuts the board to required sheet size.
• Stacker collects and stacks the sheets automatically
